Traditionally held the weekend after Memorial Day, this hometown tradition brings the community together for three days of pure fun — thrilling rides, mouthwatering fair food (yes, there will be funnel cakes!), unique arts and crafts, and live music.
And of course, no Midwestern festival would be complete without a lively parade featuring high school bands, local organizations, vintage tractors, and classic cars.

Joe Stamm Band at Rose Music Hall Columbia
Joe Stamm Band is a Midwestern country-rock group known for blending gritty roots rock, Red Dirt country, and heartland storytelling into a sound they call “Black Dirt Country Rock.” Formed in central Illinois around singer-songwriter Joe Stamm, the band has built a loyal following through relentless touring, emotionally honest songwriting, and high-energy live performances.
The band emerged in the early 2010s and steadily gained attention across the Midwest and independent country scene. Their music mixes Southern rock energy with Americana and outlaw-country storytelling, drawing comparisons to artists like Chris Knight, Whiskey Myers, and Reckless Kelly.
Longtime members of the band have included Joe Stamm on vocals and guitar, Dave Glover on guitar, Bruce Moser on bass, and Tim Kramp on drums. Together, they developed a reputation as a powerful live act, opening for performers such as Travis Tritt, Jamey Johnson, Blackberry Smoke, and Whiskey Myers.
Among the band’s best-known releases are Dandelion Woman, Wild Man, Memoirs, Allegheny, and the acclaimed 2025 album Little Crosses. Produced by Al Torrence, Little Crosses expanded the band’s sound with Appalachian influences while maintaining the rough-edged spirit that fans had come to love. Critics in the independent country world praised the album’s songwriting and emotional depth, with Saving Country Music calling Stamm “one of this generation’s greatest songwriters.”
Today, Joe Stamm Band continues touring throughout the Midwest and beyond, carrying a grassroots reputation built on authenticity, road-tested musicianship, and songs that feel deeply connected to everyday American life. The band will be at Rose Music Hall in Columbia on May 30th at 8PM Here’s a taste of their music
OK - Here’s the skinny on the new Rolling Stones album!

The Rolling Stones are set to release their 25th studio album, Foreign Tongues, on July 10, 2026. The album follows their acclaimed 2023 comeback record Hackney Diamonds and continues the band’s late-career creative resurgence. Produced once again by Andrew Watt, the project reportedly blends classic Stones-style blues rock with touches of punk, country, and modern production.
The album rollout began with a mysterious promotional campaign involving posters, QR codes, and releases under the band’s old pseudonym “The Cockroaches.” Fans first heard the raw blues rocker “Rough and Twisted” through a limited vinyl-only release before the official lead single “In the Stars” arrived in May 2026.
Foreign Tongues also features an impressive lineup of guests including Paul McCartney, Steve Winwood, Robert Smith, and Chad Smith. Perhaps most meaningful to longtime fans, the album includes some of the final recorded performances from late drummer Charlie Watts.
Early reactions from fans and critics suggest the Stones still sound energized and surprisingly vital more than six decades into their career!

Tucker Wetmore
Tucker Wetmore is one of the fastest-rising young names in modern country music. Born on November 5, 1999, in Kalama, Washington, Wetmore originally planned on a football career before a serious injury during college changed his path completely. After teaching himself piano as a kid and writing songs during his recovery, he moved to Nashville in 2020 to pursue music full-time.
Wetmore first gained attention with independent releases like “Wine Into Whiskey” and “Wind Up Missin’ You,” songs that blended traditional country storytelling with modern country-pop production. “Wind Up Missin’ You” became his breakout hit, climbing country radio charts and helping establish him as one of Nashville’s hottest new artists.
In 2023, he signed with Back Blocks Music and later partnered with UMG Nashville. His debut album, What Not To, arrived in 2025 and featured hits including “3,2,1,” “Brunette,” and “Wine Into Whiskey.” The album showcased both party-ready country songs and more reflective material about heartbreak, mistakes, and personal growth.
Known for his laid-back Pacific Northwest style, emotional vocals, and crossover appeal, Wetmore quickly built a large streaming audience and became a regular touring act with artists such as Thomas Rhett, Luke Bryan, and Jason Aldean. By 2026, he had launched his own “Brunette World Tour” and earned major industry recognition, including ACM honors as a breakthrough country artist.
Wetmore’s sound mixes modern country, pop hooks, rock influences, and a little Southern soul, making him especially popular with younger country fans while still connecting with traditional listeners. Songs like “Sunburn” and “Proving Me Right” continued his momentum in 2026 as his profile kept growing internationally. Listen to Wind Up Missin’ You

The Band Feel is an emerging American rock band from St. Louis, Missouri, quickly gaining attention for reviving the spirit of classic rock with a modern edge. Formed in 2021, the four-piece group blends influences from 1970s rock, blues, Laurel Canyon folk, soul, and psychedelic music into a sound that feels both nostalgic and fresh. Their music has drawn comparisons to legendary acts such as Led Zeppelin, The Black Crowes, and early Southern rock artists while still appealing to younger audiences discovering guitar-driven rock for the first time.
Their self-titled debut EP introduced listeners to their vintage-inspired style, while the follow-up EP, Into The Sun, showcased a more developed and expansive sound. The project was produced in Nashville by five-time Grammy-nominated producer Paul Moak, whose previous work includes artists such as Ann Wilson, Dolly Parton, and Blake Shelton. Songs like “Shoal Creek,” “Hands in My Pocket,” and “Goodbye Virginia” helped establish the group as one of the more promising new acts in modern rock.
Despite being relatively new to the national scene, The Band Feel has already sold out clubs across the country and toured with rising rock acts including Dirty Honey. Their growing popularity and commitment to authentic rock-and-roll songwriting have positioned them as one of the standout young bands carrying classic rock influences into a new generation.
